High urine protein and creatinine clearance w/ no symptoms of preeclampsia? - normal urine creatinine levels

I am 27 weeks pregnant and recently a urine collection of 24 hours. My protein in the urine were 500, with a creatinine clearance is 154th I have a normal blood pressure at home (slightly higher in the DOC office, but lower when retested), and no swelling, headache, blurred vision or other symptoms of preeclampsia. Are you experienced something similar, and if so, what was the outcome?
