Not able to block, their parents, about the profile pictures, but you can see from your photo album - or any other function that may prevent you keep a secret.
Options> Privacy> Profile
As you can see on this page has all the different ways to control who sees your profile and other information (Profil. Appliation For, you see) applications.
Well, want to keep next to all aspects and all their parents, click on the arrow next to it.
> Then Customize
> Then, in "Except these people" as the name of the parents
Please note that your photo album, click on "Edit Albums Privacy Settings"> (Who can see this) Personalize> Name of parents
