Uhhhhhh ...... no! It physicly impossible. No human being can swim faster than a shark, especially because the sharks to the water and people are not adapted to it.
That is not true. If we could develop an experimental breeding program in which Michael Phelps go through with it, could happen. Of course, we need to change the gene for social interaction.
Unless it develops flippers, noooo
