Drolet Wood Stoves How To I Keep My Wood Fire Going?

How to I keep my wood fire going? - drolet wood stoves

You can create a fire started very well in my Drolet fireplace insert. I had exactly the walnut wood to burn at this time and not burning hot and it burns very quickly. The stack temperature is increased to about 300 degrees when the fan kicks, and drops to 200. I can not warm enough to burn, and I tend to only contantly kept at all. Any tips?

Sorry for the other answers, I think some people have nothing better to do. Walnut, walnut and oak are one of the better burners. Anywhere from 25,000 to 50,000 BTU. It appears that you have a problem with the shock of combustion and reduce exhaust vent. I do not know if Drolet has to control an internal combustion engine, as it insert one. Try to get the amount of air feeding the fire. Open-air all the way, if you are the fire and after a few minutes, if it finds that the enabling near the mouth down enough air into the fire when it goes too slowly, then increase the field a little. Green wood burns, but at a lower BTU.

If the wood has not lived and burn "green wood" This election is the beginning of the creation of creosote as normal and take to the achievement of rapid fire. Green wood is more liquid than the creation of a chiller smoky fire.
